General Troubleshooting

Tray 1 (MPT) No Paper

Note

Ensure to remove paper from the Tray 1 (MPT) prior performing the test.

Enter the Service Diagnostic menu (page 4-5).

Perform the MPT No Paper test:

Engine Diag

Sensor Test

MPT No

Paper

Open Tray 1 (MPT).

Move the Actuator back and forth while checking the information on the
Control Panel display. The Low and High values change from 0 up to 99.

Press the Cancel button to stop the Tray 1 No Paper test.
