Locate the jammed media in the transfer belt area 

(a)

 and the fuser 

area 

(b)

Remove the jammed media from the transfer belt area. 

b.

Remove the jammed media from the fuser area by

 (a)

 

pressing down the release lever, and 

(b)

 pulling out the 

media. If necessary, remove the fuser. Return the release 
lever to its original position when finished.
