This product was designed to provide “benchmark” image quality for it’s product class.
To maximize Customer Satisfaction this product should be operated up to 30,000 copies
/ prints per month 80 - 90% of which are color copies. Usage above this range may
result in a higher service frequency (see chart below).

The number of copies between service calls on a digital color copier is dependent on
customer expectations of quality and the use of applications and thruput materials.
Trained operators can minimize the number of service calls required.
