7. Authentication & Auditron Administration

When the Authentication feature is enabled

When the Authentication feature is enabled, the relation between 

the users and the use of the mailbox is as follows:

For more information about authorization feature, refer to “Login 
Setup/Auditron Mode” on page 8-192.

When Local Machine Access is set to On, or when Check User 

Details (Network Access) is set to On; or when an authenticated 

user (Remote Access), other than guest, the following features are 

enabled or disabled as shown:

When Check User Details is set to Off (Keep logon records) under 

selecting Network Access.
