The inverter can be switched on by means of:
A)
Potential free contact
B) 5-32 V signal
Connect the ‘signal in’
Use ‘signal in’ connectors
connectors 1 and 2 with
2 (+5-32V) and 3 (gnd)
each other by means of
a n.o. switch.
If the external signal is lost, the inverter switches off.
TURNING OFF THE INVERTER BY AN
EXTERNAL SIGNAL
(reverse operation)
Remove the two screws of the housing and open it carefully.
Change the dip-switches to:
Dipswitch
2
to ON
Dipswitch
3
to OFF
Reconnect the connectors according to the data shown in the previous
chapter. The inverter will now switch off at the relevant external signal. If
this signal is not present, the inverter is on.
GENERATING A SIGNAL
By using the left connector block ‘signal
out’, different output signals can be
generated. This can either be a potential
free or a signal voltage supply. This way it
is possible to work with an external
indicator on the dashboard/control panel
or an switching an external relay.
