19 Wearing the compensator
STEALTH compensator should be put on after the harness with the weight system have been put on and before
donning the cylinders. Mounting the compensator is carried out by putting it on the lumbar region and then
tying up the loops with double-enders in front. The following picture shows a properly mounted compensator.
To mount the compensator follow this instruction:
1.
Unclip the bolt-snaps fixing the compensator to the flat D-rings on the waist strap.
2.
Deflate the compensator when full.
3.
Put on the harness and the compensator and close the buckle on the waist strap remembering the
crotch strap.
4.
Clip off the bolt-snaps fixing the compensator to the D-rings.
5.
Mount the inflator in accordance with the procedures recommended for your configuration.
