This equipment has been tested and found to comply within the limits for a Class B digital device,
pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules and the EMC tests performed on the EUT and are in accordance
with EN 55103-1 and EN 55103-2 standards for emissions and immunity testing respectively.
The tests were performed to allow verification of the product to meet the EMC Directive 2004/108/EC

Radiated emissions tests were performed to measure the electromagnetic emissions in the frequency
bands described in EN 55103-1 for an Environment 4 product (Environment 4 as defined by customer per
EN 55103-1 definitions). The radiated emissions measurements are used to determine whether these
emissions are below the limits expressed within the standard.
Radiated immunity testing was performed to determine the susceptibility of the EUT to the surrounding
EMI environment, by virtue of complying with the appropriate basic standard. These limits are designed to
provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a commercial installation. This equipment
generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with
the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no
guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.

This manual covers all current versions of the new High Definition Programmable Frame Liner Plus
software.
You may have a software version with limited functionality. Therefore, not all functions covered in this
manual will apply.
All HD Frame Line generators are upgradeable. To add new software functionality we will need your
device to make these changes. We have found over the years that there have been many issues with end
users trying to upgrade software in different products. Many of the issues have nothing to do with the end
user, rather computer Operating System (OS) versions and interfaces which can cause frustration for
everyone.
Send it in and your problems will be resolved, we do not offer in field reprogramming options.
