Does the X ‐ 50 have Single Digit Dialing?
Yes. The X ‐ 50 allows each telephone line, PSTN and SIP Trunk, to be answered by one of 10
different menus and greetings. The default 450 represents menu 0 greeting 0.
In the Gateway go to

Answer Position
Use the drop down box to select the line to be programmed “Line Selection”
Using the drop down box to select between, Extension, UCD Group, Operator, and Auto
Attendant, and then enter the Extension Number, UCD Group Number, Operator Extension
Number or Auto Attendant Number.
