How To Test Batteries & Charger

Your  X-250  is  a  24  volt  system.  Check  the  battery  wires,  fuse  holder  wires,  and  the

charger socket wires, underneath the deck plate. Give each wire at the connection a firm

but  gentle  tug  pulling  away  from  the  connection.  Look  for  any  loose,  bare,  blackened,

broken, or disconnected wires.

1. Check the wires at the rear of the charging socket

2. Check the wires at the rear of the fuse holder

3. Check all fuses

4. Check the wires that connect the batteries together

5. Check the connections on the controller

Battery voltmeter test:

Please charge your batteries for eight hours then let them set for

one  hour.  After  they  have  set  check  each  battery  with  a  digital  voltmeter.  Place  the  red

(positive) voltmeter probe on the red (positive) terminal on the battery, and place the black

(negative) voltmeter probe on the black or blue (negative) terminal on the battery. This will

give you a reading, per battery.
