AIR FILTER CLEARING
Never run the engine without air filter
as it twill worsen engine wear.
Inspect the air filter for dust and dirt
buildups.
Check if bolts and nuts are loosened;
if so, screw them up correctly.
Mount the felt filter and foam filter
one by one, and close the cleaner
cover
GEARCASE REPLACEMENT
Loosen 5pcs screws, remove the
old gearcase, replace the new and
tighten 5pcs screws.
FRONT AXLE ALIGNMENT
Front axle alignment is performed by adjusting the steering tie rod length.
Loosen the nuts and dismantle the steering joint at both front wheels. Loosen
the steering tie rod safety nut and by screwing the tie rod end in or out, adjust
the length accordingly. Then toe-in angle of the front wheels should be
between
0°
and 1
°.
