Assembly Step # 3
1) Remove the preinstalled mounting hardware
from the main base.
2) Connect the Upper Cable wire (C-2) to the
Lower Cable Wire (G-2).
3) Slide the Handlebar post (C-1) down onto the
base assembly. Align the mounting holes and
thread the 3 in 1 bolt (C-3) in place as shown.
4) Insert the shaft (C-4) through the main pivot area
of the Handlebar post (C-1). Assemble each of
the Lower handlebars Right/ Left (I-3/I-4) onto
the shaft carefully following the hardware
orientation shown above.
