structions.

nings and instructions may result in
electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Save all safety warnings and instructions for future re-
ference.
❏
Hold the power tool only by the insulated gripping
surfaces when performing an operation where the
cutting tool may contact hidden wiring or its own
power cord.
Contact with a “live” wire will also make
exposed metal parts of the power tool “live” and
shock the operator.
❏
When working with the machine, always hold it firmly
with both hands and provide for a secure stance.
❏
Keep mains lead clear from working range of the
machine. Always lead the cable away behind you.
❏
Connect machines that are used in the open via a resi-
dual current circuit breaker with a triggering current
of 30 mA maximum. Use only extension cables that
are intended for outdoor use and are protected
against splash water.
❏
When the cut is completed, switch off the machine and
then pull the saw blade out of the cut only after it has
come to a standstill (danger of kick-back).
❏
Use only sharp, flawless saw blades. Replace immedi-
ately cracked, bent or dull saw blades.
❏
When working, the guide frame
2
must always be in
contact with the workpiece. Only plug-in when
machine is switched off.
❏
The machine must be operated only with the associa-
ted protective devices.
❏
Do not fasten any additional labels on the motor, the
handle, or the gear.
❏
During pauses in the work, when not in use or during
work on the machine itself (e.g., changing of the wor-
king tools, repairs, cleaning, adjustment), pull the
mains plug.
❏
Use only original Würth parts and accessories.
Working safely with this machine is pos-
sible only when the operating and
safety information are read completely
and the instructions contained therein
are strictly followed. In addition, the
general safety instructions in the enc-
losed booklet must be followed.
If the cable is damaged or cut through
while working, do not touch the cable but
immediately pull the mains plug. Never
use the machine with a damaged cable.
The machine must not be damp and must
also not be operated in damp surroun-
dings.
Wear safety goggles and dust mask.
Wear protective gloves and sturdy shoes.
