Integrated printer
does not print
Printer operating -
paper not being
printed
Integrated printer
prints automatically

Cause Remedy
– Printer switched off – Switch on the printer
– Interface cable
connected
– Disconnect cable
– No paper available – Replace roll of paper
– AutoStore function
is switched on with a long
interval time (Int 1)
– Switch off AutoStore
– The integrated printer is
not selected in the Opt
menu
– Select and confirm Prn. int
in the Opt menu
Cause Remedy
– Paper inserted the wrong
way up
– Turn the roll of paper
around and insert it with
the other side upwards
Cause Remedy
– AutoStore function or
data transmission is
switched on
– Switch off the function
Cause Remedy
– Printer switched on – Switch printer off
– Interface cable connected – Disconnect cable
