Structure and function
The Cleaning Air Box is used to clean sensors with compressed air. It
is suitable to be used at the measuring location and can be installed
outdoors (sun shield recommended). The integrated compressor
(membrane pump) draws in air from outside through an intake air filter
and presses it through the cleaning nozzles at the sensor. This cleans
the sensor element.
Operation takes place at intervals. The pump is switched on and off
with an external switch. A relay contact of the measuring system is
used as the switch. The relay contact is configured and controlled for
the cleaning function via the software of the measuring system.

Depending on the measuring system, the following is required:
