Preparation of ESG doors
:
Remove protective film from adhesive pads
of the base body

and clamping plate

of the clamping profile. Select appropriate
gaskets

according to the glass thickness
and stick them with the rough side onto the
clamping profiles.
Position clamping profile on the door (fig. L).
Install base body and clamping plate using
screws

and Allen key SW5 to the glass,
torque setting 20 Nm (fig. M).

Preparation of VSG doors:

Put PVC protective sleeve

over the
thickened part of the suspension bolt

and
insert into the base body according to fig. N.
Consider the position of the suspension bolt!
Position clamping profile on the door (fig. L).
Install base body and clamping plate using
screws

and Allen key SW5 to glass, torque
setting 20 Nm (fig. N).
