Q: How the WiFi repeater work? What should I do to
turn on the repeater function?
A: The smart plug does enhance the WiFi signal range, for example,
if you add one plug on your app and name it as "light 1", then you
can go to the "light 1" page and click the 3 dots icon in the top right
corner, you can find the wireless setting, turn it on and the plug can
enhance your WiFi signal range.
Q: Why won't my device respond to my app remote
commands?
A: Ensure that your WiFi network is working properly and the Plug is
properly plugged in and connected to a device. Make sure the Plug
isn't placed too far from the router. It must be within a visible range
from the router.(40-50m)
