Install Connector Arm to the Groove Pin on the Front Lift Axle, Install E-Clip:

NOTE: Use deck lift handle to align. (Fig. 21)

Raise Jack and Put on Tires.

Raise Deck and Install Deck Lift Assist Springs.
NOTE: The use of a pry bar or a section of angle iron will aid in attaching springs.

Remove 2x4’s from under deck.

Remove jack

14.

Check for Free Movement:

Raise the deck up and down feeling for any obstruction.

Raise deck in highest position and tighten front deck hanger bolts.
