2.6 Operator Controls (See FIG 1)

Key switch: Located on the control panel (some
recoil starter models are not equipped with key
switch). Recoil starter has two positions. Turning
to "on" allows the engine to run; turning to "off"
stops the engine. Electronic start model has three
positions. When starting, turn to "start" position;
then remove your hand.

Throttle Control: Located on the control panel.
Throttle is used to control engine speed. Moving
throttle lever forward will increase engine speed
