Wall anchor
− To prevent the cabinet from tipping over, it is recommended to
secure the cabinet to a wall.
− A screwdriver
21
and an electric drill
22
are required for securing
the cabinet to a wall.
− Ensure that the positions where the drill holes are to be made are
free from pipes and other obstructions.
− It is suggested to mount the L-shaped bracket to a wall stud. If you
are mounting to a different wall type, consult your hardware store
for advice on the appropriate fixings to use.
1. Attach an L-shaped bracket
9
to the side of the base cabinet with
a screw (12 mm)
8
. Repeat on the other side (see
Fig. I
).
2. Attach the other end of the L-shaped bracket to the wall stud with
a wood screw (38 mm)
12
(see
Fig. I
). Repeat on the other side.
− For a different wall type, wall anchor
11
should be utilized. Drill the holes on the
wall aligning with the screw holes of the L-shaped bracket and place the wall
anchor inside the holes for securing the L-shaped bracket to the wall.
The cabinet is now mounted to the wall. Check the tightness of all connections before
use.
