4. GENERAL DEVICE INFORMATION
In both versions, there is an RS485 bus connector. You can use the same commands as on USB 4.1.2. BAUDRATE
is 9600.
4.1.2 USB Communica on
A USB-C cable can be used to set the parameters of the Workswell BB200 on versions 1.4.17 and above. Connect
the device to the computer with a USB-C cable. The device must be connected to the power supply at all mes,
connec ng only to the USB-C without supplying power to the device will not suffice and you will not be able to
communicate with the device. A er connec ng to the PC and installing the driver, the device will show up as a
virtual COM port named USB-SERIAL CH340. Set this port in Pu y, CMD or other. Set BAUDRATE to 115200. In
the serial line se ngs, set 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, and no parity bit (8N1).

Commands listed above can be used with °C or °F. For each C/F command choose one of the op ons.
