Low speed is used for grinding or sanding soft matiral or used as
a polisher.
High speed is used for cutting metal or something like that.
ALERT WARNING SIGNALS
This tool designed a cool feature as a abnormal condition alert
warning.
When the tool overloading, overheating, short circuit, or inserting
battery pack under switch locked on, the tool will stop and the low
and high speed LED indicator (14&15) will both flash at the same
time.
If such happen, please switch off the tool or disassemble the
battery pack abd re-assemble it.
Battery Charging (Fig.9)
1. Plug the battery charging into the 230VAC socket; The power
indicator light on green.
2. Slide the battery pack into the slot of battery chrger, after hear
a click, the battery pack was secured. The power indicator
light off, and meanwhile the charging indicator light on red.
The charging process starts.
3. After around 50min to 1hour, the charging indicator
light will off,and meanwhile the power indicator light
green on again. It denotes the charging process is
completely finished.
4. Pull out the charger plug, and then pull off the
battery pack form charger.
Charging tips (Fig.10)
After using, the battery pack probably a little bit hot. In
that case, the battery pack can not be charged in.It need
to have a rest, let it cool down.
Battery volume indicator (fig. 11)
The battery pack has a feature to indicator which volume
status. To show this feature, just press the button on the
housing. See fig.10
0 light on means the volume remains below 10%;
1 lights on means the volume remains 10% to 25%
2 lights on means the volume remains 25% to 50%
3 lights on means the volume remains 50% to 75%
4 lights on means the volume remains 75% to 100%
MAINTENANCE
Make sure remove the battery pack before make the maintenance or any adjustment.
Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth, preferably after each use. Keep the ventilation slots free from dust and
dirt. If the dirt does not come off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water. Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol,
ammonia water, etc. These solvents may damage the plastic parts.
Regularly clean the dustproof wire mesh. Disassemble the mesh like picture 12. Use water or haigh pressure air to clean it.
Then re-assemble it back in the way.
The machine requires no additional lubrication. If a fault occur,
e.g. after wear of a part, please contact your local dealer’s
service.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
In order to prevent the machine from damage during transport, it is delivered in a sturdy packaging. Most of the packaging
materials can be recycled. Take these materials to the appropriate recycling locations. Take your unwanted machines to your
local dealer. Here they will be disposed of in an environmentally safe way.
Li-ion batteries can be recycled. Deliver them to a disposal site for chemical waste so that they can be recycled or
disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
Discarded electric appliances are recyclable and should not be discarded in the domestic waste! Please actively
support us in conserving resources and protecting the environment by returning this appliance to the collection
centres (if available).
