5.3 - Side protection

The X-Alps GTO is predisposed for the installation of side protection elements (optional) in order to ensure better protection against impacts

and shocks in the event of an accident.

The procedure for installing the side protection elements is shown below:

Open the rear of the harness (1) and slide the side protection element past the back protector until you find the appropriate lodging for the

side protection element itself (2). Insert the side protection element into the appropriate pocket, highlighted in red (3).
