There are three fence angle stops: 90˚, 45˚
inward, and 45˚ outward. The angle stops allow
the fence to be quickly and accurately posi-
tioned at various angles.
To adjust the 90˚ angle stop, do these steps:
1.
Using a machinist’s square, position the
fence 90˚ relative to the table surface

Figure 21
).
2.
Position the limit plate in the forward slot
of the 90˚ slide stop.
3.
Loosen the jam nut on the 90˚ stop slide
.
4.
Using a flat-head screwdriver, adjust the
setscrew on the 90˚ stop slide until the peg
makes contact with the back of the fence

).
5.
Retighten the jam nut loosened in
step 3
.
