HOUR TRAIN 

Glue  together  Spacer  32C, 
Cog34B  and  Pinion  35A.  Before 

the  glue  sets,  remove  from  the 
arbor. When the glue is dry re-

bore the hole with the supplied 

⌀4.2mm  drill.  Cut  the  28mm-
1.1024” arbor and push into the 

front  frame  hole  between  the 
minute and drive arbor. 

Glue  together  Cog  27B,  Spacer 
28C,  Spacer  29C  and  Hour  Hand 

30B.  Before  the  glue  sets,  re-
move  from  the  arbor.  When  the 

glue  is  dry  re-bore  the  hole 

with the supplied ⌀4.2mm drill. 

Hammer  the  couplings  into  the 
back of the Minute Hand 31B and 

Pinion 26A 

Here you can see the hour train 
assembled on the clock.
