1.
Depress Gas Control Knob, turn from
the PILOT position to the flame height
desired, then release�
The larger flame icon is the HIGH
setting position�
The smaller flame icon is the
LOW setting position�
2.
To change between functions, push in the
knob, turn to selection, then release�
TO TURN EACH BROILER QUADRANT ON
1.
Depress the Gas Control Knob, turn it to the PILOT
position, and continue to hold down while depressing
& holding down the red IGNITION button�
2.
Keep red IGNITION button depressed until visually
confirming the pilot has lit, then release� The pilot is
visible looking through the Pilot View Port�
3.
After the pilot is lit, keep the Gas Control Knob
depressed for about 1 minute so that pilot remains lit
when knob is released�
TO TURN BROILER OFF
Push in Gas Control Knob,
turn to OFF position and
release�
TO ADJUST BROILER FLAME HEIGHT
