Remove the (3) cap nuts that 

hold  the  mantle  in  place,  and 
remove  the  mantle.  It  may  be 
necessary  to  cut  the  silicone 
at the joint between the mantle 
and the main body. If the oven 
has the optional door assembly 
installed,remove  the  door 
assembly.
