The clutch handle is located next to the engine.

To engage the blade, turn the tensioner handle counterclockwise until it locks in the up
position. This engages the drive mechanism and increases the engine speed to full
throttle.

To disengage the blade, turn the tensioner handle to the down position. This disengages
the drive belt and returns the engine to idle.
