Dial Indicator Setup

5.

Move the indicator assembly forward so the gauge foot touches the gauge pin and the
gauge needle moves .001 - .005. Retighten the mounting block screw. 

6.

Rotate the dial face until the gauge reads zero.

7.

Unclamp the gauge pin. The indicator should now read -.001 to -.005. If not, repeat steps
3 - 6.
