8 Cleaning and maintenance

8.1 Maintenance

Each time the wheelchair is used, operational parts, and particularly wheel locks, should be

checked to ensure they are in proper working order. After being loosened 2-3 times when ma

king adjustments or changing parts, self-locking nuts should be replaced.

The following table gives an overview of how to maintain the chair and how often.
