Use a T-15 Torx bit to remove the screws holding the orifice
holder to the sealed burner bracket.

ORIFICE HOLDER INSTALLATION
Install the Orifice Holder
CAUTION
Do not over-torque brass fittings.
TIP: The 18K and 15K orifice holder appear exactly the same.
However, the screw holes on the 18K orifice holder have offsets
to prevent accidental interchange of the orifice holders.

Use a T-15 Torx bit to install the screws holding the orifice
holder to the sealed burner bracket.

Use a

” combination wrench to connect the main gas
line.

Use a

” combination wrench to connect the simmer gas
line.
ORIFICE HOLDER MOUNTING BRACKET REMOVAL
To remove the orifice holder, first remove:

Remove the Orifice Holder Mounting Bracket

Use a T-15 Torx bit to remove the screws holding the orifice
holder mounting bracket to the burner box.

Remove the orifice holder mounting bracket from the unit.

Install the Orifice Holder Mounting Bracket

Place the orifice holder mounting bracket into the unit.

Use a T-15 Torx bit to install the screws holding the orifice
holder mounting bracket to the burner box.
DSI BOARD COVER REMOVAL
To remove the DSI board, first remove:

(left-hand burner grate for 48" units)

Remove the Board Cover

Use a T-15 Torx bit to remove the board cover mounting
screws.

Remove the board cover from the unit.
