Remove the wok orifice assembly from the unit.
WOK ORIFICE ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION
Install the Wok Orifice Assembly

Place the wok orifice assembly over the wok elbow.

Tighten the set screw on the side of the wok orifice holder.

Connect the gas line to the wok orifice assembly.
BURNER GRATE REMOVAL
Remove the Burner Grate
Lift the burner grate from the unit.
BURNER GRATE INSTALLATION
Install the Burner Grate
Place the burner grates onto the unit.
BURNER CAP REMOVAL
To remove the burner cap, first remove:
