Recipe
Pizza dough
- 250g of flour
- 1 packet (±5g) of dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 125ml of warm water
Bread Dough
- 250g flour
- 1 packet (±5g) of dry yeast
- 110ml water or milk
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 40g sugar
- 30g butter (room temperature)
For each recipe take into account the following:
• Mix all ingredients with the kneading hooks for approximated
30 sec at speed 1, then turn to speed 5 or Turbo for an additi-
onal 2:30 minutes.
• The maximum processing quantity is 500g of mixed ingre-
dients. Observe maximum quantity in the recipes.
• Allow the machine to cool down for at least 20 minutes.
The mixer can be used continuously for up to 3 minutes. Then
allow to cool for at least 20 minutes. Use a standard mixing bowl
and food amounts not exceeding 500g.
Cleaning care
Disconnect the mains plug immediately after use. Clean the
appliance as soon as possible after use. Do not allow any food-
stuffs to dry on the appliance or mixing gadgets. The mixing
gadgets can only be removed when the appliance is switched
off (lowest position of the speed switch).
To remove the mixing gadgets, press the speed switch
(when it is in the lowest position).
Clean the mixing gadgets in warm soapy water or in the cutlery
compartment of a dishwasher.
