Troubleshooting
The battery flashes with a red diode
•
Fully charge the battery.
No power at all
• Fully charge the battery.
• Check that the battery is properly
installed.
• Contact the store where the eBike was
purchased.
Power on the bike but no help from the motor
•
Fully charge the battery.
•
Contact the store where the eBike was
purchased.
The engine spins but does work
• Contact the store where the eBike was
purchased.
Error codes on the display
•
Contact the store where the eBike was purchased. Remember to inform
them which error code is displayed on the display.
REMEMBER
•
Turn off the display first and then the battery when the eBikes is not
used.
•
Charge the battery at least once a month - even if the eBike is not used
for long periods.
