2.6.8 Lubrication:

6.8.1. Lubricate all pivot points on the derailleur and chain with light oil or chain lube on a regular
basis.

6.8.3 Once a year, have your dealer re-grease the headset bearings, front wheel bearings and pedal
bearings.

Torque wrench with lb/in or N/m gradations
