Then insert the front wheel 
support into the stem and lift 
the plastic cover off the stem. 
Screw in the screws on both 
sides of the clamping ring (2 
screws for each side) with the 
4mm Allen key. Then replace 
the plastic cover to cover the 
screws.

 

 

 

6.

 

Unscrew the screws on the 
top of the stem with the 
4mm Allen key, insert the 
handlebar on top of the stem 
according to the safety 
notches, then put the 
retaining cap back on and 
tighten the screws 
crosswise. Test the strength 
of the assembled structure.
