The nominal RF input level for the VX 52 B / VX 53 B is 70 dBμV per channel. If, due
to special signal scenarios, the input signal is strongly sloped or much higher than the
nominal level,
pluggable input configuration modules
can be used in order to
facilitate the signal alignment.
Plugged into slot

for input configuration, the tap modules will effect their tap loss
in the main signal path and their through loss towards the RF loop-through.
Plugged into slot
(2)
for output configuration, the tap modules will effect their through
loss towards RF output 1 and their tap loss towards RF output 2.
NOTE
: The insertion loss of output splitters and taps will affect the available down-
stream level at the RF ports!
