Remove the following items from aircraft

Retract cab
le (Secure in main gear well).
Break lines and cap.
Electrical cannon plug in main wheel well.
Steering cables in tail.
Remove ru
dder horn or clamp to main ru
dder cables.

ssemble main gear if needed.

Install nose gear and attach steering bungee.
9.
Assemble support cre
w
, minimum six (6) crew members.
10.
W
ith wheels just touching the ground, remove the 4 main gea
r saddles and
upper front attach bolts.
11.
L
ift aircraft and remove floats.
12.
Lower aircraft positioning main gear assembly for installat
ion.
13.
Torque main gear saddle bolts to 75 ft. lbs.

onnect brake lines a
nd bleed for air bubbles.
15.
Install main gear belly plate and fairings.

emove fro

t strut fittings.
17.
Install pilot
and co-pilot step assemblies.

sy. (2) P/N S2837-2 with ori
ginal Cable Assy. (2)
P/N S2837-1
19.
Install tail c
one and tail hatch cover.
20.
Install lower LT. cowling.
21.
Install all n
ose gear fittings.
22.
Install all fl
oor plates and carpet.
23.
Install aft bulkhead.
24.
Install any seats previously removed.
