the operating Chip Box on any surface that can melt or
damage due to high temperatures.

CAUTION:
Ventilation Hood Required
The Winston Smoker Box is designed to operate under
a ventilation hood. Failure to do so can cause smoke to
build up and cause serious injury.
1. Chip Box -
Smokes soaked or dry wood chips.
2. Power Box -
Main control panel, powers the unit.
3. Chip Box Power Cord -
Connects the chip box to the power box.
4. Power Box Power Cord
- 120v 15 amp power cord
5. Timer Dial
- Allows user to set desired time in hours (1 - 6 hours).
6. LED Indicator
- Lights up to indicate when smoking has begun.

COMPONENT IDENTIFICATION
CVAP INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Install included mounting bracket on smoker
power box using included screws.
2. Remove front screw from the top cover of
the CVap on either side and replace screw in
conjunction with mounting bracket (
figure 2
).

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unplug the Smoker Box and allow unit to cool.
2. Apply food grade degreasing agent to the Smoke
Chip Box only.
3. DO NOT attempt to clean the Smoker Power Box
with cleaning agent.
4. Use degreasing agent as directed.
