10  The door is not at level with the cabinet 

Adjust  the  legs  at  the  front  of  the  cellar  until  the  door  is  at 
level with the cabinet. 

11  The door is opening by itself 

It  is  probably  because  the  guide  is  not  equal  to  the  «  L  » 
piece. 
Make sure the cellar is at level.

 

12  A shelf is not at level 

Make sure the guide are well engage 

13  After inserting the key the cellar still lock 

The handle(lock) is not notch or the nut is not equal to the « L 
» piece. 
Make sure the door is at level with the cabinet

 

14  There is water on the cellar floor   

Make sure the drain is in the evaporation tray  in the back of 
the cellar. If so, during humid temperature, you might have to 
wipe off the excess in the tray with a sponge 

15  Accumulation of water inside the cellar? 

This phenomena might occurs in summer, reason of humidity. 
Verify if the door seal is hermetic. 
It is recommended during  humid temperature to wipe off the 
excess of water inside the cellar.

 

16  Frost on the evaporator? 

It is normal when the water vapor freeze. However when the 
cooling cycle is finish, the ice will become water. 

17 

Steaming/humidity  between  the  thermal 
windows 

During  summer  with  humid  temperature,  this  situation  might 
occurs. 

18 

The display window is shown with “HH”   
or “LL” instead of a digital figure,   
and/or with continuous buzz sound.
