Operation.

WARNING

CAUTION

Follow all installation, repair, operation, and maintenance instructions
carefully.  Keep this manual for future use.

If you notice anything abnormal or broken as it relates to your AC (weird
smell, smoke, missing parts, etc.), unplug your unit immediately and
contact Windmill support.

Do not modify or rewire the controls or display.

Do not touch the AC, power cord/ plug, or wall outlet with wet hands.

Do not insert fingers or any object into the air vents in the front of the unit.
Not only can this seriously injure you, it can also break your AC unit.

Keep water and all liquids away from the AC unit and front air vents.
If water or liquid does get into the AC, turn off power using the power
button on the unit and then unplug the unit. Contact Windmill at
[email protected] before turning on your unit.

If you won’t be using your AC for a while, leave it unplugged.

Unplug your AC before installing, removing, cleaning or servicing.

Do not climb on the AC unit (inside or outside).

Do not place or hang objects on the AC unit (inside or outside).

If there is a gas leak in the home, do not operate this or any other
appliance.

Do not press, play with, or tamper with the coils at the front or back of the
unit.

Do not clean the inside of the AC unit. Only authorized personnel can
clean the interior of the product. Contact Windmill support.

Use only water, a mild dishwashing detergent, and soft cloth to clean the
outside parts of the unit. Do not use strong or solvent-based detergents
(this can lead to damage, electric shock, or fire).

This AC unit should not be used by children or those with impaired
physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, unless supervised by someone
responsible for their safety.

Never allow children to play with or climb on the AC unit.

Do not block the airflow in the front, back, or sides of the unit.

Always run the AC unit with the air filter properly in place.

Do not drink the water that is produced by the unit during normal
operation.

Avoid using a heat-generating appliance (e.g. dryer) while you’re using
your AC unit.

Avoid prolonged exposure to the airflow (cold and/or hot) of the AC unit.

Do not use the remote control if the battery leaks. Seek medical attention
if this fluid gets on your skin or in your mouth.

Keep the remote control away from children. The remote control contains
button/coin cell batteries. A child that swallows the battery can suffer
dangerous chemical burns in as little as two hours. Seek medical help
immediately.

Do not recharge or tamper with the remote control battery.

Clean the included filter promptly when the degree symbol changes from
white to orange. Avoid sharp edges and coils when changing the filter to
prevent injury.
