c. Under 0 Celsius degree, the only way to turn on mother board 
system is to disconnect and reconnect DC power input. 
d. Of the heater operation, there is a temperature sensor on the M/B, 
when power-on, if the sensing temperature is <= 0C, the heater will 
start to operate for the sensing temperature go up to 5C, then the 
heater will stop and the computer will start to operate.
