To maintain the appearance and increase the service life, clean
the unit and glass surface after each day’s operation. However,
you may determine that the unit requires more frequent cleaning
depending on the volume of production.
ALWAYS unplug the unit after every use, before cleaning and when
not in operation. The exterior of the unit may be cleaned by carefully
wiping with a damp cloth.
DO clean the cooking surface while the unit is slightly warm with
warm & soapy water. DO NOT use cold water on a warm/hot surface.
NEVER submerge the device completely in/under water. DO NOT clean
with a water jet.
WARNING:
The cooking surface will be hot after
use. Exercise caution when handling cooking utensils
and cookware.
