Solutions
The engine doses not run.
1. Electric cables are damaged.
2. The interior cable connections
are damaged.
3. The On-/Off-switch does not
function
1. Check the electrical cable and
and replace them if necessary.
2. Open up the rear cover, check
the interior cable connections and
repair them.
3. Check the On-/Off-switch and
replace it if necessary.
The engine makes some
noise but does not run.
1. The output is completely
clogged.
2. Wrong direction of the cylinder
valve after the first assembly/
disassembly made by the user.
1. Unblock the outlet.
2. Reinstall the cylinder valve and
place it in the right direction
The engine runs but
makes noises.
1. The bearings are loose or
damaged.
2. Screws in the connecting rod
are loose.
1. Replace the connecting rod.
2. Tighten the screws or replace
them
The Airbrush-gun does not
function properly.
Insufficient blowing
pressure.
1. The air connection is not tight.
2. The air hose is torn off.
3. The screws of the cylinder
cover are loose.
1. Seal the air connection with
insulating tape.
2. Replace the air hose.
3. Tighten the screws.
The engine runs smoothly
but generates no air
pressure or no sufficient
airflow.
1. The valve screws and the
diaphragm screws are loose or in
a wrong position.
2. The valve was destroyed,
because the work has been done
for too long with very high
pressure.
1. Open the front cover, tighten the
screws and place the diaphragm
screws in the right position.
2. Replace the valve.
