Error Possible Reason Error Clearance
Pump does not start. 1. Inefficient voltage supply
2. Impeller blocked
3. Electric winding blown
4. Condenser broken
5. A phase is missing (with 380 V)
6. Too high cable resistance
1. Turn tension to ±10 %.
2. Remove blockage.
3. Exchange.
4. Change condenser.
5. Check switch and cable connection.
6. Use matching cable.
3 and 4 may only be done by a specialist.
Pump does not pump
efficiently. 1. Too high delivery head
2. Entrance filter blocked
3. Impeller worn
4. Not submerged enough
5. Wrong rotary direction (at 380 V) 1. Reduce delivery head height.
2. Clean filter.
3. Exchange impeller.
4. Change diving depth to min. 0.5 m.
5. Change 2 phases.
Pump stops suddenly. 1. Switch released
2. Impeller blocked
3. Electric winding blown
1. Check power supply, exchange fuse.
2. Interrupt power supply, remove block-
age.
