Yeast

Yeast is always added last. Ensure that the yeast does not come in contact with
fluid ingredients.
•
Ensure that you do not mix yeast with damp ingredients, especially when using the
postponement function (bake the bread later), otherwise the bread might not raise properly.
Form a hole in the flour for the yeast to be placed into.

Place the bread container back in the unit. Press down until you hear that it clicks into
position.
Special Note: If the bread container is not installed in the correct direction or is not clicked into
position, the kneading blade with fail to work. The bread container can only be installed in the
position as shown.

Close the lid and plug into the socket. You will hear a signal, the display window will blink
"0:00".

Choose the correct setting for the recipe by pressing PROGRAM on the Control panel.
Each time PROGRAM is pressed, the number in the display window will move to the
next setting.
Ensure you keep pressed until you hear the signal.

Choose the correct setting for your bread by pressing CRUST. Each time CRUST is
pressed, the light will change from Medium, Dark, Light and then back to Medium again.

Choose the correct setting for bread size by pressing CHOICE. Each time CHOICE is
pressed, the light at the side of the display window will change from one size to the next.

Press START/STOP. Baking time in hours and minutes will appear in the display. It
will count down the remaining baking time in minutes (2:44, 2:43, etc.) until the bread
is finished. When the baking time is completed, a signal will sound three times and the
display window will blink "0:00".
Warning. Do not place the bread container or any other object on top of the unit. To avoid
damaging the surface of the bread maker, do not place any object or the warm bread
container on top of the unit.
