✪
Coffee should be served as soon after brewing as possible!
✪
Turn off the power to the brewer when you are done using it.
✪
Be aware that this brewer makes some noise at the start (pumping water through the

mal.

might still be hot.

✪
Do not touch hot surfaces; use the handles or knobs.
✪
Do not let the power cord hang over edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
Tips
•
Wet the coffee filter before brewing to remove unwanted papery flavours.
•
Adjusting the flow control aperture can affect the contact time and taste of the coffee.
With less circulating motion the water will flow through faster, which can result in an
under-extracted coffee.
•
It is recommended to use fresh coffee (within two weeks of the roast date). For best re-
sults, the coffee you use should be ground as close to the start of brewing as possible.
•
For even hotter coffee, the coffee carafe can be rinsed with hot water before brewing.
