From the Phonebook
:
1) Press “Phonebook” button or “Phoneb” Soft key
2) Select the phonebook, select the contact
3) Press “Dial” Soft key.
Note: To search in the Phonebook: press “Search” Soft key in the menu, then type the name.
Note: It is possible to monitor the colleague realtime status from the Phonebook (online / offline / busy /
incoming call / absent / dnd)

Redial the last called number
: Press twice “Redial” button.
Answer a call
Select the way
to answer the call

Lift the handset

Press “Speaker” button

Press “Headset” button
During a call:
Press “Answer” Soft key.
Note: It is possible to receive more than one call at a time, in case Call Waiting feature is enabled
To decline a call
: Press “Reject” Soft key.
To silence the ring of an incoming call without answering:
Press “Silence” Soft key.
To forward a call without answering
: Press “Fwd” Soft key, dial the number, press “Ok”.
Put a call on hold
To put a call on hold:
press “Hold” Soft key during a conversation.
To resume a call on hold
: press “Resume” Soft key.
If you have several calls on hold
: use the Navigation keys to select the call, then press “Resume” Soft
key.
Make a second call
:
1) press “New” Soft key
2) dial a number or press “Select” Soft key to search for a contact in History or in Phonebook.
Transfer a call
Blind transfer
Transfer without notifying the person who receives the call transfer
1) Press “Transfer” button or “Trans” Soft key during a call (the call is put on hold)
2) Dial the number directly or press “Select” Soft key to search for a contact in History or Phonebook
3) Hang up or press “Transfer” button / “Trans” Soft key to complete the transfer
Blind transfer via BLF keys
1) Press the BLF key configured as “Colleague” during a call
2) Hang up or press “Transfer” button / “Trans” Soft key to complete the transfer.
