After clamp bands are removed pull chambers apart.

Carefully remove tee-section o-ring. Inspect o-ring for wear
and replace with genuine Wilden parts if necessary.

Remove outer piston with 7/16" wrench if Rubber/TPE-fitted
pump. For PTFE diaphragms, remove diaphragm by turning
in a counter-clockwise direction.

Inspection of diaphragms, pistons, disc spring and shaft is
now possible.
NOTE:
PTFE fitted pumps utilize a back up
o-ring. Inspect all parts for wear and replace with genuine
Wilden parts if necessary.
