Unauthorized conversion and spare part manufacture 

 

Only convert or change the machine with the express permission of the manufacturer! 

 

The use of original parts and accessories authorized by the manufacturer is in the interest of your safety. Using parts 
not released by the manufacturer can have a negative impact on the properties of the machine. In this case, the 
manufacturer will assume no responsibility for the resulting consequences.

Troubleshooting  

Description

Absorption quality is unsatisfactory 

 

Brush frequency may be too low. 

 

Increase the driving speed to a 
maximum of 8 km/h. 

Caution

 ! 

When travelling around bends, 
reduce speed to below 5 km/h. 

 

Gap is too wide between baffle plate 
and brushes. 

 

Check brushes, if necessary replace 
strip brushes (see section 11.4.2.

 

Cylinder broom set too high 

 

Set the adjustment one tooth deeper 
or, where appropriate,  
only make a fine adjustment on the 
tension jack. 

 

Take account of the maximum 
working depth of 3 mm. 

 

Work site is badly littered 

 

Clean the area twice 

 

Adjust the cleaning intervals to the 
level of contamination, 
See section 11.2.1 

 

Coarse dirt is blown and/or works its 
way onto cleaned surfaces. 

 

For low leaf coverage, use the larger 
cover. 

 

Set the front impact flaps according 
to our specification and adjust 
slightly, if necessary. 
See section 8.2.4 

The machine and/or cylinder broom is
