your Hearing Healthcare Professional, please fol-
low the advice below.
Getting used to wearing a Senso P-CIC or
Mini Canal and the associated problems
The outer ear or ear canal gets sore
For first-time users it is important not to wear
the hearing aid for too long at the beginning.
The skin in the ear canal is very thin and may
swell a little because of the pressure from the
hearing aid. Take 2-3 weeks to get used to the
hearing aid. If the soreness continues, please
contact your Hearing Healthcare Professional
for further advice.
The hearing aid is dead
The instrument is not turned on
Insert a battery in the battery compartment
and close the battery door.
